We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: We currently ship to most countries worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Hunting Gear
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Face Paint
- Base Layer clothing with removed tags or opened packaging
- Field-used Game Calls
- Decoys showing field wear or damage
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-10 business days after approval
- Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
