Our Return Policy
We accept returns for most unused, unwashed hunting gear in its original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in new, unused condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Face Paint (opened or used)
- Base Layer clothing (if tags removed or packaging opened)
- Game Calls that have been used in the field
- Decoys with field wear or damage
- Any item that shows signs of use or lacks original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include:
- Return authorization number (clearly visible)
- Copy of your original invoice or packing slip
- Any additional documentation we provide

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
